3rd Annual East Bay Vintner's Urban Wine Tasting

Saturday, August 9 2008 from 2-5pm
The Meadow at Jack London Square, Oakland CA

15 East Bay wineries will each partner with local restaurateurs and gourmet food purveyors to showcase the local bounty available in Oakland, Emeryville and Berkeley. We are thrilled to team up with our favorite local wine bar: Franklin Square Wine Bar in Oakland. Live music will be performed by the Cajun All Stars. Admission is $45 in advance or $60 at the door and includes a souvenir Riedel wine glass. The Meadow is directly across form the Jack London Ferry Terminal and the EBVA will have complimentary shuttle service from Lake Merrit Bart from Angelica Limousines.

Family Winemakers of California San Francisco Tasting

Sunday, August 24th (consumers 2-6p) & Monday August 25th (trade only)
Fort Mason Center, San Francisco, CA

This is a monster size event that requires focus and stamina. More wineries than I can count pour for two days at Fort Mason. Admission is $45 in advance or $55 at the door. We are sharing a table with Broc Cellars so come find us early before your pallet wears out!

FALL 2008 RELEASE OPEN HOUSE EXTRAVAGANZA

For our Fall Release we are holding an open house extravaganza where 4 Berkeley wineries (at 2 locations) will open their doors & barrels to celebrate the newly released wines. Our new wines will inlcude our 2006 Fenaughty Vineyard Syrah, 2006 Vieilles Vignes Syrah, 2007 Tamarindo Roussanne and available for sale only, a 23 case production of our first reserve, the 2005 Brosseau Vineyard Reserve Syrah that was barrel aged for 32 months. PLUS wines from dept. C, Eno and Broc Cellars and a concerted effort to STAY GREEN! For all of the details see our open house page.

GIRLS INC 17TH ANNUAL WOMEN OF TASTE EVENT

Women of Taste is the annual fundraising event for Girls Inc. of Alameda County and celebrates the Bay Area's finest chefs, restaurants, artisan food and beverage purveyors.
